7 ways to protect yourself from Coronavirus

Now a days, Coronavirus has become a danger for the whole world. It started from Wuhan city of China and gradually spreads to every country. Now every country is trying to safeguard their citizens from this virus. Scientists are also trying their best to making vaccine of this virus by exploring this virus in laboratories but none of them got success. It takes about 12 to 18 months for scientists to make vaccine of Coronavirus after that this vaccine will available in hospitals.

As we all know that there is no specific treatment is available of this new COVID-19 disease and it takes a lot of time to make only vaccine but this new Coronavirus is spreading so fast from one person to another. Every day the cases of this virus will be doubled. That’s why the government of every nation is trying to stop the spread of this virus by making new laws and we have to help our government in this bad time, we have to follow their direction like stay at home and social distancing. Social distancing is one of the most unique weapon that we can use against this virus to defeat it because this virus is not stronger than human. In this article we will discuss how to fight with this virus.

How to fight with Coronavirus

1. Boost up your immunity

Immunity is the ability of a body to recognize the foreign organism (like viruses, bacteria, etc.) that enter the body and our body speedy remove them out by producing antibodies.

The foreign organism are called Antigens and Antibodies are the security guard of our body that fight with these type of foreign substances.

There are number of infectious agents around us but they can not make us  sick because the reason is strong immunity. If you have strong immunity then your body will fight with these agents and if your immunity is not strong then you will suffered from disease.

2. Social distancing

It is best way to prevent the effect of this virus by 80%. Now every country is focusing on social distancing to stop spread of this disease. Social distancing means making distance with people while talking, meeting and even while walking; the distance is minimum 10 meter.

3. Stay at home

If you are staying at home then we will not suffered with this disease. Only go outside if you have a very urgent work otherwise stay at home.

Home is the best place where you remain safe from all the communicable disease. Also stop you family members to go outside.

4. Maintain proper hygiene

  • Make the place clean where you live.
  • Wash your hands properly and frequently.
  • Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue or your elbow when you cough and sneeze.
  • Put used tissues into a bin and wash your hands.
  • Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces.
  • Do not touch your eyes, nose or mouth if your hands are not clean.
  • Do not share objects that you have touched with your mouth – for example, bottles

5. Wash your hands frequently

Mostly disease comes to us when our hands are not clean. We don’t know how much surfaces we touches and that surfaces contain how much infectious antigens. These antigens after goes in to our body when we eat, touches our mouth, face and eyes. Washing hands with soap and sanitizer removes all antigens and infectious substances. It is recommended to wash hands frequently after touches any infectious surface and before eating food.

6. Do Exercise

Exercise can boost your immunity level on top. So, after walking up in morning do at least 1 hour exercise is recommended depending on your stamina. You can do stretching exercise, running, cardio and yoga is best way to increase immunity of our body. Regular exercise improves metabolism, which has a direct correlation with body immunity.

Practice meditation – Too much stress releases the hormone known as cortisol, which makes your body suspicious to infection. About 20 minutes meditation is very good for your mental health which makes your mind strong and gets rid from depression.

Avoid Smoking, alcohol and illegal drugs because these types of substances weakened our body defense and smoking make our respiratory system weaken. If our defense system is not strong then there is a high chances to get infection.

7. Eat nutritional food

Taking a healthy diet will give energy to our body whole day. Food is works like fuel. A healthy diet contains protein, carbohydrate, fat, minerals and vitamins in proper amount.

 Take vegetables and fruits more because it is easy to digest and remove toxin out and also make us strong to fight with antigens. Water plays also an important role.

A low carbs diet will help slow down diabetes. Focus on a protein-rich diet to maintain good health. Regularly consume vegetables and fruits rich in Beta carotene, Ascorbic acid & other essential vitamins and minerals. Certain foods like mushrooms, tomato, bell pepper and green vegetables like broccoli, spinach are also good options to build immunity in the body against infections.

Drink enough water, about 2 to 3 glass of warm water in morning is very healthy for our body and it also increase the immunity of our body. A normal person has to drink at least 5 liter of water per day. Our body is made up of 70% with water so we have to take it in plenty amount. Water repairs our body; fill cells of body that make us hydrated all time. Water also removes toxin substances out from body.
